  • Higher education;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in an international company);
  • Fluent English;
  • Advanced PC user;
  • Strong organizational and communicational skills;
  • Attentiveness to details;
  • Knowledge of SAP (would be an advantage).

Main responsibilities:

  • Events management (arrangement of local conferences, round tables, cycle meetings; participation in international congresses etc. Both for Roche affiliates and Health Care Professionals);
  • Full travel support of both Roche staff and Health Care Professionals;
  • Standard agreements creation for Health Care Community interactions, in compliance with internal and external policies and regulations;
  • Local trackers running and documents processing with adherence to local procedures;
  • SAP purchasing;
  • Department budget execution and phasing control;
  • Monthly accruals;
  • Participation in DIP (detailed implementation plan) yearly preparation;
  • Personal business support to Department Head;
  • Department incoming and outgoing correspondence registry;
  • Monthly submission of Time-sheets to HR


  • Full-time employment (via outsource company);
  • Medical insurance, mobile compensation, transportation, lunch;
  • Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm (flexible);
  • Probation period - 3 months.
