ОписаниеAssignments:
  • Creates candidate experience from initial candidate contact to job offer;
  • Influences and consults Steering Managers and Hiring Managers throughout searches to ensure the best talent is hired;
  • Leads the recruiting process for management, leadership and complex searches;
  • Utilises and advocates for global tools, programs and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacancies;
  • Builds and maintains manageable talent pools for future competence in software systems;
  • Analyses data and helps lead process improvements across the recruitment function;
  • Communicates effectively and proactively throughout the recruiting process;
  • Screens, interviews and prepares candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline;
  • Develops and evolves relations with stakeholders within the country organisation to ensure alignment with sourcing strategies while managing stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Proven experience in HR sphere from 2 years;
  • Upper-Intermediate English.
