Job functions

  • Execute the approved sales plan for the company's product portfolio within the framework of the entrusted territory and the allocated budget with a key focus on the product portfolio and centers where onco-related research is being done.

  • Responsible for developing business relationships with key clients.

  • Develop and implement plans, including information about the goals, actions, timeframes and resources needed to achieve them.

  • Interact with distributors, including monitoring compliance with the requirements established by the distribution agreement.

  • Regular monitoring of plan implementation, preparation of reports and adjustment of action plan.

  • Cooperate with the Sales Force of distributors, understand their tasks, customer coverage, pricing strategy, key focus, main contacts, motivation system.

  • In cooperation with the distributor prepare the sales forecast for the year and the following period.

  • Take part in quarterly teleconferences and meetings on shipments forecast and the results achieved.

  • Provide prompt feedback for distributors and customers in the event of production change in shipments, Products recall and other changes.

  • Coordinate and monitor the placement of orders of the distributor, analyze and ensure the required shelf life and availability of products, including logistics, possible regulatory and other restrictions.

  • Responsible for the financial discipline of distributors.

  • Participate in the discussion of the price strategy with the Marketing Department, Prepare P&L for price approval.

  • Provide optimization of the unit's price offer.

  • Conduct the market analysis of molecular diagnostics, identify new opportunities for business development.

  • Implement marketing strategies in collaboration with a marketing manager / product manager.

  • Conduct, from open sources, monitoring of auctions including all competitors in the referral and related infections, their dynamics and history.

  • Collect information about competitors in terms of sales volumes, prices, benefits and products from various sources.
