Описание

General task description:

  • Act as a cultural role model in ways that demonstrate the IKEA values within and outside IKEA, support and challenge line managers to safeguard and promote the IKEA Culture;
  • Contribute to the creation and operational implementation of the unit action plan with appropriate HR actions reflecting business needs and developing business though people. Support & challenge line managers to secure implementation of agreed people actions and reaching people goal & KPI;
  • Ensure all HR work reflects a local employer communication that is consistent, well perceived and builds on the IKEA brand to enable strategic resource planning;
  • Enable line managers to continuously develop local leadership capabilities within their function according to business needs and support this development by counseling on and organizing activities according to agreed development plans;
  • Acts as a leader capable of managing change and transformations in people’s behaviors. Support line managers and co-workers in change processes;
  • Contribute to the building (to developing) of local business competence by supporting and enabling managers and co-workers in their efforts to improve according to agreed development plans;
  • Provide HR support and advice to co-workers and managers that helps building the pipeline of internal talent according to agreed succession plan, including future talent needs. Supports leaders in building and developing effective teams, which is essential for developing the business and increasing customer satisfaction;
  • Contribute to the positioning of IKEA as an attractive place to work and the preferred employer in the relevant market for every function by gaining and applying relevant insights and by implementing and following up on the activities identified to develop the relevant offer of IKEA as a local employer;
  • Provide support and advice to co-workers and managers about co-worker relations that are in line with the labor relations principles, local policies, procedures and laws;
  • Securing employment documents in place in accordance with legislation of Russian Federation, company standards and policies;
  • Be a main HR contact person for people, involved into different projects;
  • Interact with Human Resources Service Centre (HRSC) on employee personal data, changes in employment terms and conditions, working time reporting, payroll-related issues to ensure correctness of payroll calculation data, handling other HR processes according to SLA.

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • 3 years’ experience as HR Generalist/ HR Business Partner;
  • Good knowledge of Labor Law and personnel administration procedures;
  • Proven service mindset;
  • Experienced in being a valuable contributor to HR activities;
  • Ability to strike a balance between keeping a good overview and paying good attention to detail;
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences both verbally and in writing;
  • Ability to ensure integrity of HR systems, guidelines and documents;
  • Business understanding and a background with the customer in focus;
  • Ability to communicate in English;
  • Ability to prioritize and organize own work in line with agreed HR priorities;
  • Basic experience with lead others level is preferred.
